Typical character

Another task of the work was to choose a typical character of an English-speaking country, choose one of our country (South Africa), the chosen person is Nelson Mandela. 

Nelson Mandela was a lawyer, rebel leader and president of South Africa from 1994 to 1999, regarded as the most important leader of Black Africa, a Nobel Peace Prize in 1993 and the father of modern South African nation, which is usually referred to as Madiba (his clan name) or Tata ('Father'). 

Born into a family of tribal nobility, a small village in the interior where they might come to occupy management positions, refused that destiny at age 23 to follow for capital, Johannesburg, and start its political activities. Moving from the rural interior to a rebellious college life, turned into a young lawyer in the capital and leader of non-violent resistance of youth, eventually infamous as a defendant in a trial for treason. Outlaw, became later the most famous prisoner in the world and, finally, the most awarded in political life, responsible for the rebuilding of their country as a multiethnic society.

South Africa is a country with great diversity, both cultural and in its biodiversity. Below we see a bit more about this country:

The video below shows two parts of our work. The first a scene of a stretch of the episode of "Breaking Bad." This scene shows the main character (Heisenberg) a possible partnership for the sale of methamphetamine.

African Cooking

For our work in English, evidence of typical recipe, choose the dish Bunny Chowy. The following recipe:
Ingredients:1 1/2 pound (s) of mutton or lamb cut into chunks 4 tablespoon (s) chopped oil 4 cops stick 2.5 cm, approximately 6 green cardamoms 6 cloves 1 sheet (s) bay 2 tablespoon (s) of seed tea fennel 4 branch (s) curry leaves (also known as karipatta) 2 slivers of green peppers 1 large onion, chopped 1/2 teaspoon (s) turmeric tea 1 tablespoon (s) chopped ginger 1 tablespoon (s) chopped garlic 1 tablespoon (s) chopped malt vinegar 2 tablespoon (s) sugar tea 2 teaspoon (s) garam masala (sort of mixture of ground spices) tea 4 tablespoon (s) of soup not too full of spicy masala 5 cup (s) water shower 1/2 cup (s) of tea tomato puree 1 tomato chopped 6 potatoes of the same size 1/2 cup (s) chopped fresh coriander tea 1 large and tall bread so that it can be stuffed Salt to taste
Method of preparation: Wash the meat in a colander and drain the excess water and set aside. Heat oil in a large pan and add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, bay leaf and fennel. Stir for a few seconds and add: curry leaves, pepper, onion, turmeric, ginger and garlic and sauté for three to four minutes. 
In a bowl, combine vinegar with sugar, garam masala and spicy masala and stir well. Add onions, meat and salt. Mix until the meat is covered by masala, cover the pan and cook over moderate heat until the juice out of the meat. 
Stir occasionally, until the meat is well braised and the oil is on the surface of the liquid. Add water and continue cooking until meat is tender. 
Afterwards, rake the tomato puree, chopped tomatoes and potatoes. When the potatoes are cooked and the sauce reduced slightly, add cilantro. To keep the sauce from the dish, cook over moderate heat. 
Cut the top of the loaf-shaped lid, remove the core, fill it with the previous preparation and re-cover it with the lid. And serve.

In our work in English, we get the country:. South Africa is a country located at the southern tip of Africa, between the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. The country is known for its diverse cultures, languages ​​and religious beliefs. Eleven official languages ​​are recognized in the constitution. English is the most spoken language in public, official and commercial life, however, is the fifth most spoken language at home. 
South Africa, in general, has a temperate climate, partly because it is surrounded by the Atlantic and Indian Oceans on three sides, by its lighter climatically mild location in the southern hemisphere and due to the average elevation, which rises steadily toward north (towards the equator) and further inland. Due to this varied topography and oceanic influence by, the country has a great variety of climatic zones.



South Africa signed the Convention on Biological Diversity on June 4, 1994 and became a part of the convention on November 2, 1995. The country subsequently produced a National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan, which was received by Convention on June 7, 2006. the country ranks sixth among the seventeen megadiverse countries of the world. Numerous mammals are found in the region of savannas, such as lions, leopards, white rhinos, blue wildebeest,, kudus, impalas, hyenas, hippopotamus and giraffes.
